Product and money return policy
According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase using the delivery service, provided that the product has not been used and has no changes:
1. The product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, has not been altered, etc.;
2. The product is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
We will refund the money for your order after receiving the product and considering the submitted application for return/exchange, but no later than 7 days from the moment of receipt of the given product and the application for return/exchange.
Exchange and return of quality goods
In order to return or exchange good quality goods, it is necessary to have certain reasons for the return, which are specified in Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", namely:
1. The term from the date of purchase of the product is no more than 14 days;
2. The product has not been used, the product appearance, original packaging, stickers and documentation have been preserved;
Importantly! When returning a product of the appropriate quality, the buyer has the right to exchange it for a similar product from the store's assortment in accordance with the law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", or to demand a refund if the store's assortment does not have a similar product, namely:
1. Buy another product from the store offered in the assortment at the same price or with a recalculation of the price and payment of the positive difference;
2. Terminate the concluded sales contract and get the funds back (funds are returned within 7 working days from the moment of terminating the contract in the same way as the payment for the goods was made (cash/non-cash payment method)).
Return and exchange of the product for a similar one, subject to a change in value
When exchanging/returning a product of the same brand/model of the corresponding quality, the price of which has changed, the cost is not recalculated.
When exchanging/returning a product of the same brand/model of inappropriate quality for a similar product, the cost is recalculated in conditions of a price increase based on the price of the product at the time of exchange. If the price of the product has been reduced, the price is recalculated based on the price at the time of purchase.
In order to exchange a good-quality product for a similar product, you must fill out the product exchange form, provide a document confirming payment, a technical passport and hand over the product to a store employee.
The procedure for transferring funds to the buyer in connection with the return of goods:
1. The term from the date of purchase of the goods is not more than 14 days;
2. The product was sold incomplete.
